SRG Global is engaging with its supply chain to identify key suppliers to partner on a substrate strategy.  The substrate strategy has identified opportunities in regrind consolidation; regrind optimization; logistics and shipping optimization, including consolidation and centralized of pickup and distribution locations and preferred purge compound to optimize efficiency and reduce material waste. Inclusive of these strategies is the identification and engagement of key suppliers to collaborate with and optimize these strategies.
